His dedication to the welfare of his patients is supported by an impressive academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteo) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Leveraging his extensive knowledge, Spyro embraces a holistic approach in his practice, addressing not just the symptoms but also the root causes of his patients' conditions. While Spyro caters to patients across all age groups, his particular interest lies in paediatrics and sports injuries. Drawing from his own experience in elite sports, he comprehends the distinct challenges faced by athletes and recognizes their specific requirements for swift recovery. What distinguishes Dannielle is her unwavering commitment to women's health. This passion is evident in her certifications as a Women’s Health & Nutrition Coach, along with her expertise in addressing pregnancy-related concerns, such as back strain. Furthermore, her credentials as a certified Myofascial Dry Needling & Cupping practitioner underscore her dedication to providing effective and innovative treatments. Dannielle's commitment to continuous learning is apparent in her ongoing pursuit of professional development. Her qualification in Internal Pelvic Floor assessment and treatment speaks volumes about her dedication to enhancing her skills and offering the best possible care for her patients.

Dr. Brayden Flanigan

Osteopath

Brayden graduated from RMIT university in Melbourne with a double bachelors degree in health science and applied science (osteopathy). He’s also an extended practitioner (osteopathy) in Sports Management. Since graduating Brayden has worked in both the private and sporting sector working across various basketball, soccer and football teams and currently works for St.Kilda in the AFL. This experience has allowed Brayden to work with a vast variety of population groups. Catering to individual’s needs & empowering his patients to take control of their own rehabilitation so they are able to reach their goals, no matter how big or small. Brayden possesses a special interest in the treatment and management of sporting injuries, lower back and neck pain.

Dr. Hayden Winstanley

Osteopath

Hayden's educational journey underscores his commitment to his profession. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Science (Osteo) from Victoria University, providing him with a robust foundation in osteopathic principles and techniques. Additionally, he has earned a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University, showcasing his comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to healthcare. Hayden's passion for his profession is apparent in his specific emphasis on addressing both acute and chronic low back and neck pain, and consequently, headaches and migraines. Leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience, he effectively addresses these conditions, offering relief and enhancing the quality of life for his patients. What distinguishes Hayden is his integration of exercise rehabilitation strategies with manual therapy techniques. Through this combination, he empowers his patients to achieve optimal results and regain functionality. In the realm of healthcare practitioners, discovering an individual with both expertise and a genuine passion for patient well-being can be transformative. Hayden's empathetic approach, coupled with his expertise, cultivates a supportive and compassionate environment for all ages, including our more senior patients, who may be suffering with arthritis and/or joint pain. Dr. Alyce Nicholls

Osteopath

Alyce graduated from Victoria University and has since worked in regional Victoria and the South Eastern suburbs. Before beginning her career in Osteopathy, Alyce completed a Bachelor of Arts and Science, majoring in Physiology and Psychology. She then completed an honours degree investigating the role of stress and adrenaline on the immune system. After working in medical research for several years, her passion for helping people with pain and chronic illness lead her to study osteopathy. Alyce is a research-focused and driven practitioner with a passion for helping people manage pain and chronic illness. She embraces a holistic and individualised approach which considers how factors like work, hobbies, stress, illness, and injury may impact your recovery. She is passionate about the way that improving biomechanics can help to reduce pain and achieve the best quality of life and movement possible for her patients. Alyce treats a wide range of conditions however, she enjoys helping patients with lower back, upper back, neck, shoulder and jaw pain. She has also completed further training in cupping, along with osteopathic management of pain, mobility issues and scar tissue for women following breast cancer. Outside of Osteopathy, Alyce works in a medical laboratory, and enjoys yoga, knitting, reading, hiking and travel.

Jacqueline Sully

Remedial Massage Therapist

Jacqueline is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with 20 years of experience in therapeutic massage techniques to promote optimal wellness. Remedial Massage includes hands on manual techniques to release tension in muscles, pain and stiffness. Jacqueline combines techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilisation, Muscle Energy Technique and soft tissue manipulation. Treatments are individualised to provide personalised care to each client tailoring treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation, rejuvenation and repair. Jacqueline is registered with Massage and Myotherapy Australia, and is committed to continual professional development and education by completing on-line training, webinars, maintaining current first aid, compliance within Code of Ethics and attends conferences and events, to provide a high standard of practice and to continue her eligibility for approved provider status. The continual educational program is tailored to suit her current client base which is adaptable and changing over time. This improves her ability to be competitive within her local area and improves her knowledge and skills. Jacqueline is currently available Mondays 4 - 7pm.
